|
|
EDIT: The social directory has been discontinued when the dynamic directory was upgraded to be more... dynamic
The Social Directory Referral Forum is a forum where all the members of the community can discuss the business opportunities that were submitted by other members of the community.
No links are allowed because the Social Directory system has been designed to handle dynamic ids for all the programs. So instead of posting your links for the programs, select them from the drop down menu that is available in the post form. Doing so will make sure that the team of any member that is part of the company you are mentioning will see their rightful sponsor id within your post. This is a neat way to empower people as your contributions will benefit others and you will benefit from other member's contributions.
For example.
This link: http://www.seotraffictools.com/clickthru.pl?id=gabrielm
Contains the sponsor id of your closest upline member who updated his id for this program. So even though I am posting this link, if you submitted your id for this program, then all your downline members will see your link instead of mine automatically.
If the program that you want to promote or discuss is not currently available, it means that it has not yet been submitted by anyone yet. You will need to submit this program through the submit form before you can link to it. When you submit the program, you will claim its sponsorship so you will be the top id in the system for it! You get one submission credit each time you refer 50 people to your Downline Partners team or make 200 posts in the forums; use them wisely
If you have questions, I'm here to help. _________________ *´¨) Your partner in success

Well... If you take the time to build a downline of more than 50 people, it only make sense to upgrade to PRO and unlock the Sponsor Links, Downline Mailer, Private Forums and Program Submissions.
After all, a PRO membership is only $5.00/month and you gain access to everything for that price. Listings in the Social Directory alone could be sold for a lot more than that, yet you get a whole lot more than just program submissions when you upgrade. The Sponsor Link you will get when you upgrade will be displayed throughout the members area, forums and TV portal of all the people you refer to the site. That's a lot of value for such a ridiculously low price.
I think that it's quite fair for everyone involved.
Give it a try and check out the PRO tools _________________ *´¨) Your partner in success

I totally agree with you, Jerry.

I agree, guys, and I'm not being a cheapskate... But until I see an actual PROFIT from GDI and until I get some actual CORRESPONDENCE from my downline (I have been emailing them privately and with the exception of 1 or two people on my downline here I get nothing) I'm gonna remain a free member.
I wish folks on my downline would be more responsive...

Hi Carol,
Don't give up on your downline. It will take a while to win their
trust. Just keep supporting them and in time they will see that
you are "for real" and will respond back.
Give them something of value when you email them. Maybe
something they can use to build their own business. Be personal
and let them get to know you.
Wishing you much success!

Hmm...you make a good point. I don't have anything of "my own", per se, to offer but I can make some very good suggestions to them as far as other sites they can try, if they haven't already. Thanks, Ilka!

Hi Carol; Hi Ilka...
NOW WE'RE TALKING
Now we're getting some dialogue...and (in my opinion) it's the very thing we need to
build our Downline Partners asset.
People do business with people they "know, like and trust." And it does, indeed, take
time to establish that relationship.
"If you help enough people get what 'they' want, you cannot help but get what
you want."
This includes downlines and/or anything else in life and this "mystery
thing" we call business.
As people get to know "who" we are and "what we stand for" they will become much
more familiar and comfortable with those who operate from a place of integrity.
Whew! Didn't mean to get so winded and worked up, but this topic definitely touches
my passion button. I guess I'm just an old marketer at heart.
One who just happens to love helping people succeed.
Here's to our continued success....
Jerry

P.S. Anytime any of us posts something of value (tips, tricks or techniques
of use to others) we add value to ourselves and to Downline Partners. Then, when we
direct someone to "our community forum," they are much more likely to click onto our
dynamic directory codes at the bottom of each post. The same holds true for the sponsorship ads.

Very well said, Jerry.
It's all about "Building Relationships" and "Making a Difference
in OTHER people's lives."
I'm glad we're getting some dialog going again here at DP.
This is a great place to come and learn and share as well.
Have a great week!

Pro membership is not an option to me. It is so cheap compared to most
other programs.
I try to only email my list free stuff or traffic suggestions.
When I do offer something I try my best to make it something
of value. |
